About
Welcome to The View Grill, a hidden gem nestled in the picturesque landscape of Blairsville, Georgia. This New American restaurant offers much more than just a meal—it's an experience where food meets breathtaking views of the golf course and surrounding mountains.
As the name suggests, The View Grill offers diners a remarkable vantage point. Patrons can enjoy their meals on the outdoor seating, soaking in the natural beauty while savoring delectable dishes. With a diverse menu that caters to various palates and dietary preferences—including many vegetarian options—there's something for everyone. Whether you're here for a casual lunch or a special dinner, the ambiance and surroundings enhance every bite.
Every dish at The View Grill tells a story. From the perfectly seasoned wings to the fresh seafood specials that change with the seasons, each bite is a testament to the dedication of the restaurant's new management team. Diners like Phillip S. and Hungry P. appreciate the attention to quality and the gratifying combination of flavors presented in each dish. Steve C. praised the Rachel sandwich paired with sweet potato waffle fries, both of which reflect the commitment to elevate traditional American fare.
However, while the culinary offerings shine, some customers, like Gregory Michael C., noted minor issues such as the initial impression as you walk through the hallway. But, with a bit of patience, the stunning views and delicious food make it worthwhile.
To sum it up, The View Grill is not just about food; it’s about building beautiful memories in a spectacular setting. Whether you're stopping by for a casual meal or a special gathering, this restaurant promises to delight your senses and leave you eager to return.

“ 1st, love the view! We've eaten there twice and it was wing day. Wings are excellent and $9.95 each Wednesday. My wife and her friend had the fish on the Friday special and said it was very good. Also $9.95. it's refreshing in this day to find good food, good service at an affordable price. Will be back for their other specials! ”
“ This place had drastically gone downhill for both food quality and service. Revisited a week ago and it is a complete change. Apparently there are new managers and staff. The food was excellent. Great daily lunch specials and affordable draft beer. Mixed drinks did seem high, especially for a well brand. ”
“ Had a nice lunch here overlooking the golf course and a mountain landscape. Have a nice variety of menu offerings along with a full bar with a few craft beers. I had the Rachel sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries, both were great tasting. Service was efficient. ”
“ This place has the best patty melt in Blairsville by far. We took a group of friends from Atlanta here after a day in the pool and we had the crab cakes, mozzarella sticks and we had salad. The crab cake sandwich was a hit so was the salmon and asparagus. Our server was great and extremely helpful. The view of the golf course is amazing. We can't wait to go back! ”
“ We have been here several times now! The name of the restaurant says it all! An absolute beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains. The food is fresh, not frozen hamburger or other meats. Great menu, daily specials and large variety. I highly recommend the brats on a pretzel bun! (Have them deep fried for a crunchy texture). Onion rings are amazing too. Service is wonderful, friendly staff and always a warm welcome! Negative is the walk through the hallway with tables, catering crap, condiments etc. so hopefully they read this and find a home for all of it. Not a good first impression. ”
“ I randomly found this location on Yelp and decided to go after reading the reviews. It's easy to find and wow the views are amazing! We were sat right away and the servers were great and really honest about the menu and what was good versus what to skip. I got the Bahama mama drink and it was good I also ordered the trout, Caesar salad and mashed potatoes. Boyfriend got the house salad and chicken Alfredo. Both were very good and the Alfredo sauce was homemade and the boyfriend said very cheesy. My dinner was good too I got it with the herb crusted and squeezed some lemon on top and we were good to go! Honestly you can't beat the view, service, food or prices. This is not a super fancy place which I was worried about because we had been traveling all day and I was in yoga pants. If you're at all debating it I would say just go and you won't be disappointed! ”
“ The View Grill lives up to its name with a gorgeous view! The seating is very scarce, but when we arrived, another party was finishing up so we didn't have to wait long. During nicer weather the deck would provide not only more seating, but an even better view, and while it was a cold evening that we had dinner there, we were gifted with the last bit of the winter light over the peaks and golf courses below. Best part of the evening was our server Peggi. (I hope I got her name right as I squinted at her nametag and she hadn't introduced herself when she seated us with what I can only describe as some of the best customer service that I've ever received at a restaurant.) She was thoughtful of my daughters and their needs, bringing them art supplies, chatting with them, and treating them as kindly as any other patron, ensuring that they also enjoyed their meals. I had the flat iron skillet with a side of steamed veggies and the onion rings. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the onion rings were to die for!! The two burgers that my daughters ordered were gigantic and also delicious. Parking was ample and the signs indicating what door to enter, and how to get upstairs to the restaurant were well-marked, as we weren't entirely sure where we were going when we pulled in. Prices were reasonable for the quality of food, but I'd recommend going both for the view (duh), and the service. ”
